Cancelling your Appointment

If you are unable to attend an appointment with one of the doctors or nurses, please telephone reception staff at the appropriate surgery. By giving us as much notice as you can you are helping us to make sure that someone else is given your slot.

When We Are Closedclosed_sign

If you require urgent medical attention when the surgery is closed please telephone NHS 24 on 111.

NHS Tayside is responsible for out of hours medical care and can be contacted on the above number. A rota of GPs cover this area to provide home visits/medical centre consultation as required.

If you phone the surgery you will be prompted to phone NHS 24 and given the number.

Out-of-hours services are generally busy so please think carefully before asking to see a doctor and only do so if you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.

In a genuine emergency you should call 999. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
